How unique was Laura and Chris’s DIY wedding at The Delaware Contemporary Museum! Dave and I started prep at a local hotel right down the road from the venue where Laura passed out a bunch of heartfelt gifts to each of her loved ones. It was a little rainy that day, so we head out alongside the building for the first look before heading over to a super kick ass ivy and stone wall outside the building! As the rain started to fall heavier, we head back inside to shoot some portraits around the museum! Afterwards we photographed all the incredible details that Laura had made for her wedding while everyone rushed to get everything setup just right for the evening! From the paint can center pieces (which I loved since they were at an Art Museum) to all the gorgeous balloons and decor in the ceremony room, there were so many art details! For dinner, they had the food truck, “Outlandish” cater — I didn’t even realize at first they were the catering, their truck fit in with the rest of the art so well. After dinner, the dancing really started and we snuck over to one of the metal walls for some awesome low light couples portraits. Enjoy the photos =D
