What I do?

To make your session feel effortless and photo-ready, professional hair and makeup services are available as an optional add-on. Most clients love starting their experience with “camera-ready studio glam” designed specifically for flattering studio lighting and fine-art retouching.

For select sessions, Serena offers simplified camera-ready makeup in-studio. For clients looking for a full luxury transformation or advanced styling, we also partner with trusted professional artists who can come directly to the studio.

One of the things that sets me apart is my ability to wear multiple hats. I have a Cosmetology degree from Rizzieri Aveda School in NJ and can promise a clean and sanitized kit as it was one of my biggest concerns when i’ve worked with Makeup Artists over the past few years. I would often see artists doing unsanitary things that can spread diseases. Did you know that in order to be a “professional” at makeup, you are not required to have a cosmetology license or certificate? Makeup for film or TV in NJ is not regulated the same as Salons and other professional locations which can lead to a lot of sanitization issues, allergic reactions and use of expired product with untrained freelance artists. Every makeup artist has a unique style, so please make sure what I do fits the look and feel you desire your photographs to have. You can always hire any makeup artist that compliments your final look.

Most of the time, that is due to poor photography or colors not being correct. With a college degree in photography, we can offer both Studio Lit photography and lifestyle sessions. We have experience specifically in color correcting imagery to be accurate or we can also edit in different styles to match your branded look whether that is light and airy or dark and moody, etc. Your time is worth money. Instead of going through instagram filters trying to make something look decent, you could be creating more of your product or sending out resumes. We have over a decade of experience (Wedding photography alone encompass every part of photography from people, to locations/venues & product and food photography)

What makes us Different

We can photograph your headshots and product, create logos and designs and print stationary such as brochures, business cards, menus, magazines, and more. We can design a website (via Showit & Square), write copy for your site, create videos of what you do or interview you, create clips or designs for facebook, instagram, more. While we don’t create all design elements ourselves, we pull from many commercial use sources for fonts, design elements, etc and use them to design.
