It’s not every day I can stop and say to myself, “today was just perfect.” I wish I could take all the credit for these photos, but Amber & Joe made it way too easy, from their amazing chemistry to their absolutely gorgeous Fall wedding held at the gorgeous Bradford Estate in Hainesport, NJ. Just let me tell you that as a vendor myself, I couldn’t agree with the bride more that “the staff at the Bradford Estate was beyond great” and that they “couldn’t have found a better venue!”
Amber’s dress was a gorgeous Mischka Badgley 2015 fall edition halter gown from L&H Bridal in Philadelphia. White with golden floral lace accents, it was the perfect match to pull together the elegant white, and gold of the theme.
Joe complimented Amber with his White and Black Tux by The Tuxedo Club as he watched Amber walk up to him during the first look. The look on his face said it all as he looked at how beautiful she was in her incredible gown!
During couple’s portraits, the sun created a gorgeous rainbow lens flare. (Something that had never happened for me before!) Amber told me that it was crazy because the rainbow meant a lot to their relationship, and it was awesome that it popped up for the first time in their portraits. Maybe it’s a sign ;)?
After couple’s portraits, we did photos of the small bridal party consisting only of their sons & daughters. Amber and Joe’s beautiful daughters wore the most unique bridesmaids’ gowns, unlike anything I’ve ever seen, black with beautiful rhinestone and gold beading from Group USA in the Franklin Mills Mall. The glamorous beading on the gowns complimented the gold palette of Amber’s gown. Their son’s wore similar tux from The Tuxedo Club adorned with matching white rose boutonnières.
Amber brought a hint of pinks and reds to the wedding with her Bouquet, but still pulled her theme into the flowers as both her bouquet and her bridesmaids all had gold painted accent leaves complimenting their beautiful gowns. All of the flowers were by Stein Flowers in Burlington NJ.
After bridal party was the Ceremony! The Bradford estate was a perfect setting for Amber and Joe’s White, Gold and black theme with the walls casting the perfect colored setting and the gold chivari chairs leading the way up to where Amber and Joe would be married. Amber, who’s father had passed away was walked down the aisle by her son to meet Joe in front of the Bradford’s gorgeous windows created a stunning backdrop for their indoor ceremony.
As the sun set, the reception began and Amber and Joe were joined by their kids for the first dance. After that, diner began! Bradford Estate does an incredible job on food (It’s one of my favorite venues to eat at). In Amber’s words, “We still have people saying the food was amazing and that it was the best wedding they ever went to.”
Marsdale Productions provided entertainment. The music was 70’s and 80’s disco with a lot of music for all ages added in. Joe’s parents won the brides bouquet for being the longest married couple on the dance floor dancing to the anniversary count down 63 yrs. Everyone had tons of fun.
Before the end of the night, Amber and Joe cut their cake. It was a 3-tier cake by DiBartolo Bakery in Collingswood, NJ with a cake topper with their initials. The colors pulled perfectly into their design. The favors (vanilla caramel and chocolate caramel apples with gold tags and ribbons from Ertrude Hawk Chocolate) were either eaten or take home, and everyone had fun dancing till the end of the night.
I can say that I truly enjoyed sharing this day with Amber and Joe! Congratulations on a beautiful celebration and best wishes for many years to come!
