Yamilee and Remberto got married at the gorgeous Ryland Inn a couple weeks ago! I’ve been so happy to photograph at such gorgeous rustic venues lately. We started at a hotel a few miles down the road where we met their awesome Bridal party who we had a blast talking to during prep. Upon arriving at the venue, we had a slew of details already for us to photograph! I loved all the greenery in the flowers and of course pinks are my absolute favorite palette. It was such a super warm day out (It literally felt like summer) and at first I was wondering if the ceremony would end up being outdoors …until I saw how incredibly beautiful the indoor ceremony space is there. Between the ballroom floors, those gorgeous chandeliers, the light walls and dark wood ceilings, and all the gorgeous natural light bouncing around, I was so excited to shoot in the space! We ran a bit behind (as all weddings do, rofl) so I didn’t get a chance to photograph them for portraits in this gorgeous space, but hopefully we’ll shoot there again! Can I tell you the excitement I had when the DJ started up the smoke machine???? I’m always dying to do a “dancing in the clouds” first dance and I finally got my first one! Plus cake. Like seriously amazing cake. After cake cutting, Remberto asked if I wanted cake and of course I usually politely decline as I try not to eat all the things… but then he said it was Red velvet cake and ummm yes. SO good. I actually forgot to photograph the cake slice cause it went in my tummy before I thought about it =x Enjoy the photos!
