Sarah came in for a Boudoir session at the End of fall/ beginning of Winter. We started off expecting to do just glamour, but one way or another it also turned into this gorgeous gown session. I found this top while thrift shopping and loved how the glittery sequins went with the layers of tulle of the black skirt we made! Sarah adorned the outfit with a gorgeous necklace that she brought with her, and together it was a perfect fashion look.
Since all the leaves had already fallen off the trees, I took her out front of the studio to shoot on a line of pine trees. It was the perfect backdrop!Mariluz West did the makeup (and as always did a fantastic job). I noticed the yellow leaves on the ground were just about super dried, but decided to try out shooting on them, and I’m so glad I did!
The last looks were done around the studio. One I built a bed set and used a set of curtains as the background, and one was shot in my hallway red wall that my husband and I custom hand painted.
The final look was more of a fashionable glamour shot. Sarah wore nothing more than her hat and some jewelry!
Hope you enjoy!
